at a very fast rate at an average of
60 products Per Hour and

SPK International works with conventional cotton to organic cotton and make quality clothing for all gender and ages.
Production Process
The production process at SPK starts from the 4 Point fabric auditing where each lot of frantic is tested for Swatch, Seakage, Fastness and Gsm before moving in to the racks with Pin-Card System.
SPK has 3 Auto Spreaders, Laser Pattern Cutting Machines and Cutters along with manual cutting facility to ensure quick and neat cutting process. The cut pieces are then managed through
Bar-Code system and segmented according to their size and requirement.
At SPK production output is maintained with Kanban System and each line is designed with
full finishing layout, where the process starts from Pre-Inspection, Stiching, Post Inspection, Ironing, Labelling and ends with Poly-Packing.
After Poly-Packing the finished products are inspected for one last time in a closed FSA Cabin through metal detectors before shipping to ensure 100% quality is delivered at all levels.
